Downward Movement Phase

- Inhale during the lowering movement.

- Raise your body up until your arms are extended fully, and come back to the starting position.

Tips and Notes!
Your body should maintain a straight position throughout the exercise to achieve the optimal tension on your targeted muscles. As you inhale and exhale, concentrate and be aware of how your abdominal muscles contract. Once you have your form right, increase your reps.
